Profiles Caribbean Inc. (PCI) is a regional company that was established in December 1994 to provide any organisation with cutting edge tools and services to help them to hire, manage and develop people more effectively. We are the regional representatives for the Texas-based Profiles International Inc., one of the leading providers and developers of occupational assessments in the world today.

In the ten years of existence, Profiles Caribbean has established some 13 other strategic partner operations in 11 territories throughout the region. The company engages primarily in occupational assessments, human resource consulting as well as search and selection services. For 2000, PCI was the recipient of the first ever Profiles International, Inc. (PII) National Award for Performance and also won the award again for 2002 from a slate of 50 countries.

We have over 250 clients in Barbados alone and over 650 regionally.
